District Attorney: Lompoc City Council Violated the Brown Act

P.S. Some people are comparing this Brown Act investigation to a previous Brown Act investigation. I think it's worth noting that the result of the current investigation was a clear finding that the council did, indeed, violate the Brown Act. In contrast, after the previous investigation (in Spring 2014), the City Council was NOT found to be at fault.
